The hotel was super clean, and the breakfast was one of the best I've had. They had a variety of good-quality ingredients, and I liked that they had both Western and Japanese dishes. They have onsen, but I didn't get a chance to use it, and they also had a spa, but it was fully booked. The location is close to the station, about 5 mins by car. I didn't see many things within walking distance, but we did go to the tonkatu place across the street for dinner, and it was very good. The room was very clean, and the bathroom was spacious. We had a room with a river view and a little balcony, which was nice. The king-size bed was also very comfortable.

New hotel in Karuizawa. I really like about their interior and surrounding. It's totally match with the concept of nature and peace. All staffs can communicate pretty well in English. No communication problem at all. I like their hospitality They will introduce all the areas and guide us to the room. 5 Star hotel 5 star services. Free Shuttle bus between the station and hotel. Room is super nice. Rooms come with balcony can enjoy magnificent view. Surprisingly their bar counter have tons of alcohols. More than 8 types i guess. Pretty amazing. Definitely will come back again!

Truly an amazing gem in Karuizawa, I visited this town just for the hotel and was not disappointed. The staff are all very attentive and helpful, the facilities are clean and beautiful, my standard room was bigger than my apartment and the bed and pillows super comfy. The breakfast here is out of this world, the best I’ve ever had, and the spa is also amazing, with an indoor pool, outdoor pool and cold tub and sauna as well. I was able to thoroughly relax and enjoy some down time away from the city, I will definitely come again some time!

Very helpful and friendly. Breakfast selection was very good with a wide spread and with slight changes daily. Special mention of Sugi san, the F&B Supervisor, must be made. He was very accomodating, switched an appetiser without question for one of us due to a diet restriction and was friendly to my 3 year old grandson.

The staff provided amazing service and speaks well English to explain the necessary items + how to use the onsen. The room is spacious, clean, and has a beautiful view on the small river. Beautiful bathroom as well and the bed sleeps amazing! The highlight was the onsen, our first time to do this and we couldn’t pick a better location for this! The breakfast was world class!
